Dr. Patricia Woolford
Dr. Patricia Woolford has been a general dentist for 21 years. After earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Chemistry from East Central University, she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2004. She also earned her Mastership from the College of Sedation in Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and granddaughter.

Michelle is a 2021 Carnegie High School graduate. She lives in Carnegie with her Fiance Trey and their goldendoodle Sass. Michelle loves to spend time with her Fiance, family and Sass. She recently started working at Liberty Dental and loves her team and the environment in the dental field.
Alejandra Lowe
Office Manager
Alejandra Lowe is originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, but has been living in Carnegie for the past seven years. She became a U.S citizen in March of 2023. She enjoys spending time with her girls and being active. They also enjoy going to the movies.
Kallie Gates

Kallie was born and raised in Hydro by maiden name Kallie Brooks. She went to SWOSU for undergrad, attended WTC’s Dental Assisting program in Weatherford, then went to OU College of Dentistry Dental Hygiene and graduated in 2020. She is married to Caden Gates, and they have 1 little boy. She enjoys riding horses and competing in barrel racing.
Lynnsi (Outhier) Pollock

Lynnsi (Outhier) Pollock was born and raised in Weatherford, OK. She graduated from OU College of Dentistry’s Dental Hygiene program in 2006. She is married to Jake, and they have two children, Mayli and Guy. The western lifestyle runs deep in Lynnsi’s family, and they enjoy riding horses and competing in rodeos!
Kylie Kuykendall
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kylie attended Tarleton State University for undergrad, then went on to Tarrant County College for Dental Hygiene graduating in 2021. Her and her husband Kemp live in Weatherford with their son Kace and two dogs Scout and Lucy. Together they enjoy being outdoors, checking cows, and attending Oklahoma State sporting events.
Tapanga Jackson

Tapanga Hardesty lives in Carnegie with her husband Jake, son Trapper, and daughter Maisie. She is a 2019 Carnegie High School graduate. She started at Liberty Dental March of 2021 as a sterilization tech, and acquired her dental assisting license under Dr. Cameron. She has enjoyed learning about the dental field. She is thankful for the help she has received from her team. Some of her favorite hobbies outside of work are horseback riding, fishing, and of course spending quality time with her family!, She could not thank Dr. Cameron enough for taking her in as part of the team.
Holly Bellamy

Holly Bellamy lives in Ft Cobb, OK with her husband, Brent of 20+ yrs. They have 2 children; Avary and Rhett. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending the kids many school activities. She also enjoys camping and riding UTV’s with friends and family. Holly has been in the Dental field as a Dental Assistant for over 20 yrs. She enjoys watching smiles come to life over her years as a Dental Assistant. Her friendly face and fun personality makes the patients feel at ease.
