That is why Liberty Dental offers an in-house membership plan through DentalHQ. It is a simple, affordable way to keep your teeth healthy and your budget steady, no insurance company in the middle, no confusing paperwork. Just straightforward care from a team that knows you by name.

Simple By Design
A membership plan is a yearly subscription to your preventive care. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee directly to our office, and that covers your routine visits for the year, plus a discount on any additional treatment you need. Think of it as a simple agreement between you and your dental team, without the premiums, waiting periods, or claim denials that come with traditional insurance.
Our plans are powered by DentalHQ and are designed to make regular dental visits something you can actually plan for. HSA and FSA funds are accepted for all three plans.

The Child Wellness Plan also includes 2 fluoride treatments each year, and every plan includes 2 emergency exams per year. Some exclusions apply to the 15% treatment discount. If you have been treated for gum disease, the Perio Maintenance Plan supports the ongoing care your gums need.
